Sunday Night Forum
"THE FORUM"is our Sunday Evening programming for adults. These programs will include Special Studies, Praise & Worship, Special Speakers, concerts, children’s programs and a few surprises. The Forum convenes on Sunday Nights at 6:00-7:30 p.m. Children's and Teen activities are offered during this same time.
The following classes will be offered beginning Sunday, August 15th:
Discovery 101 - led by Ron Mobley. This class is especially designed as a basic introduction to who we are at Northwest Christian Church, what we believe, and why we believe it. If you would like to know more about Northwest or about God's plan of salvation as revealed in His Word, this class provides a great way to find out!
Captivating - This is a women’s study on the book “Captivating” by John & Stasi Eldredge about “unveiling the mystery of a woman’s soul”. By revealing the core desires every woman shares—to be romanced, to play an irreplaceable role in a grand adventure, and to unveil beauty—John and Stasi invite women to recover their feminine hearts, created in the image of an intimate and passionate God.
Wild at Heart - This is a men’s study on the book “Wild at Heart” by John Eldredge helping men to rediscover their masculine heart. In this provocative book, Eldredge gives men permission to be what God designed them to be—dangerous, passionate, alive, and free.
Disciple’s Prayer Life - This is an intense study on the discipline of prayer and the role it can and should play in the believer’s life.
Forgotten God- This is a video/book study on the book “Forgotten God” by Francis Chan which takes a look at the often neglected or misunderstood person of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit.
