Food Pantry
The Food Pantry is opened to the public two days each week, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am – 1:00pm. Food is distributed based on need. An application is required and does not guarantee approval.
Students
If you come looking for the church of the future, you are looking in the wrong place. The Student Ministries of NWCC minister to and serve young people who are in the church of today. (I Timothy 4:12) With all of the negative influences that our young people face every day, it is more important than ever to have them plugged into a group of Christian friends as well as a life-changing relationship with Jesus.
Kids
Each weekend your children can be a part of an exciting and active environment filled with songs, activities, and games that teach Godly values at an age-appropriate level. Our Promiseland classes and Kids Worship Program meet at the same time as adult services, and are designed for all children from birth through 5th Grade. So while you are experiencing the creative, life-changing worship of Northwest Christian Church, your children are experiencing it as well.
Worship
The goal of the Worship Team is to create an environment where people simply come and encounter God. We strive to use a variety of styles and media to be relevant to the people of our culture and to show them who God is and how he can work in their lives. We believe God deserves our absolute best.

Local Outeach
This ministry is specifically focused on providing support to those less fortunate in our surrounding area and bringing services to our community that provide the opportunity to show Christ’s love in action.
Global Missions
The sun never sets on the Global Outreach of NWCC. We support missionaries and agencies in North and South America, Africa, Asia and even the sub-continent of India. We believe that a great commitment to the great commission and the great commandment will build a great Church. Our philosophy of Missions can be summed up in three words: Prayer, Partnership and Participation.
Guest Services
The Guest Services Ministry is devoted to helping provide a welcome atmosphere for our guests, from the moment they walk through our doors to the day that they join our church. This ministry includes our greeters, guides, welcome desk staff, ushers, and communion set-up personnel.
Evangelism
The main focus of the Evangelism Ministry is to take the message of the Gospel to those who need to hear it outside our church walls. The secondary focus is teaching those within our church walls how to accomplish this goal. There is an intentional emphasis in the Evangelism Ministry to put hands and feet to the Gospel by showing others the love of God as well as telling them about it. Some of our activities include our “Giving the Gift of Love” program, Land of 1,000 Hills Coffee (www.drinkcoffeedogood.com), the “Family Christmas Celebration”, and our Fall Kick-Off.
Young Adults
The Young Adult Ministry is for those in their 20’s, including college students, who desire a place to fellowship, serve, and learn in ways relevant to their generation. There are a number of ways to get involved with the young adults here at NWCC.
Marriage & Family
The Marriage & Family Ministry focuses on events and classes that strengthen the relationship between husband and wife, parents and children, and other family dynamics. Some examples are the Love and Respect Conference, our Parenting the Early Years/Parenting Your Teen class series, the Fireproof campaign, and our Couples Retreat.
Women's
The Women’s Ministry exists to glorify God by providing a spiritual, social and supportive environment for the women of our church and our community.
Men's
Guys! Looking for a place where you can discuss issues unique to men with other men? Searching for a Christ-centered group where you can strengthen your spiritual walk? Got Hurts, Habits, Hang-ups that sometimes seem overwhelming? You're not alone! NWCC's "Band of Brothers" is a safe place to go ... it's a support group for guys dealing with the unique issues men face in their jobs, personal lives, and relationships.
Mind, Body, & Spirit
The main purpose of the Mind Body & Spirit Ministry (MBS) and its associated programs are to provide an avenue for individuals to improve their overall wellbeing through fitness, health and scripture. The MBS programs interface with many of the other established ministries to achieve similar or companion goals, ranging from community outreach opportunities to recreational fellowship through emotional, physical & spiritual growth. Hence the ministry name, Mind Body & Spirit.
Prayer
What is the purpose of the ministry team? To pray for NWCC, individual members, our community, our country; organize prayer events; encourage members to pray consistently; teach about importance of prayer/make it personalized & meaningful.
Involvement
“Therefore, let us leave the elementary teachings about Christ and go on to maturity…” (Heb. 6:1). The Involvement Ministry exists to glorify God by helping everyone at NWCC become more involved in the life of the Church through a three step discipleship process (In, Up, Out). A series of discipleship classes also coincide with this process called Discovery 101, 201, and 301.
Hospitality
The Hospitality Ministry exists to glorify God by promoting the spirit of Hospitality within our congregation. We accomplish this through church meals, in-home meal delivery and special events throughout the year. At every event, our Hospitality Ministry serves with the professionalism and excellence of a 5 star restaurant. Some events include Family Jam, Men’s Prayer Breakfast, and most of the food for our large church-wide and community events.
